Ordering
1. All Gem Drops are in stock unless otherwise stated. Stock availability will also be confirmed in order confirmation email.
2. Gem Drops sold are on a first come first served basis.
3. No reservations accepted.
4. Gem Drops’ actual colors may differ slightly according to individual monitor screens &/or lighting effect on item photo. Little Gem Drop has endeavored their best to photograph pieces as accurately as possible.
5. Please allow up to 1 inch discrepancy for measurements stated as each Gem Drop is handmade & not factory measured.
6. Please check all measurements before placing orders.
7. All Gem Drops will be inspected for defects before mailing.
9. All Gem Drops sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless wrong pieces are delivered or paid piece is out of stock.
Payment
1. Payment via Paypal or credit cards are accepted.
2. Payments must reach Little Gem Drop within 48hrs upon confirmation of order. Orders considered cancelled otherwise.
3. Gem Drops will be sent only after payment has been received.
Shipping
1. Orders delivered via UPS or USPS.
2. We will email the Order Confirmation & the Payment Confirmation to you after we have received your order & payment respectively. (Please check your email in the Junk/Spam mail folder as well).
3. If you do not receive our Order Confirmation or the Payment Confirmation email after 2 working days, please contact us at admin@littlegemdrop.com.
4. Little Gem Drop bears no responsibility for pieces sent to wrongly provided addresses.
5. Gem Drops are shipped within 7 working days upon receipt of payment, except for customized orders.
6. For customized orders, allow additional 7 working days to handcraft.
7. Shipping time ranges from 5 to 10 business days for US Domestic.
8. Shipping time ranges from7 to 14 business days for international orders.
